1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen gnocchi
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Pour in the chicken broth.
