How to Use This Simple Meal Planning Printable:
You can use this as a template to fit your own family’s needs and wants. There are two ways that you can make this simple meal plan work for you:
1) Add the items from the meal planner directly to your own shopping list or online cart and checkout. This is the most simple way to use this meal plan. You can basically “set it and forget it”. Especially if you are ordering online for delivery through something like Instacart (if you want to try out Instacart, head here and use the code: JCLARK598177 for a free $10 off your first order!)
2) Look at each item on the meal planner and adjust them to fit your family. Make substitutions for allergies, preferences, etc. as needed to compile your own list. Then take that list to the store to shop or plug it in your online grocery cart.
