    Beware. This was our go to pharmacy for years. However in The last 18mo service taken a nose dive. Recently I have spent actual HOURS trying to get them on the phone to resolve mistakes they are making that is causing HUGE problems with my insurance and I can't get past to automated system. Even contacted CVS helpline and even they couldn't get this CVS on the phone. I have transferred to another CVS pharmacy and they can't get this location on the phone either to correct the issue. This place is a MESS.

    Worst getting hold of a pharmacy person. Almost every time I call I am on hold for at least 15 to 30 minutes. So I hang up.... 🙁 Out of my pain meds.Well Stocked?That is a laugh and a lie...For the last 3 months they are out of my Oxycodone Prescription.Takes additional 4 to 7 days for them to get restocked.Unacceptable...:(John

    I just experienced a guy yell at the pharmacy staff for 10 straight minutes for something that was completely out of their control. My mom used to be a pharmacy tech and I know how unnecessary mean and disrespectful pharmacy costumers get. Please be nice to these people, they're super understaffed in every pharmacy right now. Don't be rude to them and leave bad reviews for things they can't control, most of the time it's the insurance company's fault! Be nice.

    They sat on my new prescription for 5 days before texting that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Was on hold on the phone twice for over 30 minutes before that trying to figure out the issues since the automatic phone system just said it was still processing. Gave up and had my doc call into QFC who figured it out and got it to me 4 hours later. I only went here because by insurance pushes me to them but I'd rather pay the extra $10 and skip insurance and go to pretty much anyone else.

    5 Stars for Art! I had quite a bit of trouble with several other pharmacies trying to fill a prescription on December 29th, and Art helped me find out what went wrong, cancel old prescriptions I didn't need anymore, and expedite the ones I've been struggling to get. He was exceptionally respectful during the entire process.
