It's probably a good idea to fill your prescription somewhere else. Every time I come here, I wait in line for 25+ minutes, my prescription is not often filled and I have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to fill it, and then get back in line. I really feel for the employees, they're very understaffed. You'd probably have a better experience somewhere else. I've since switched my pharmacies.

I moved from California 6 month ago and I have been happy costumer of CVS , I start picking up my prescription from the Redmond location and I had worst experience ever , they do not answer the phone and I had to wait more than one hour on every visit , I want to recognize the pharmacist for their great manner and professionalism but the management are bad , sorry but I am moving all family prescriptions to different company

Just like everyone, waited in line for so long for just a booster shot... I had a really nice experience with my 2 shots in June though. I didn't get the bad reviews first, now I do. Be prepared to wait for 1h+

This CVS pharmacy in Redmond, WA had issues for a couple of weeks around Christmas time since there was only one person working which I assume was the pharmacist and the lines were crazy.Today I went back to get my prescription refills and the person working behind the counter was simply awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that I get all my refills since I am going abroad for three months. His name is AARON, and I would like to thank him for dealing with my rather complicated situation by being so kind and patient with me.

Long ques but always only 1 counter is working.. even patients are standing and they are seeing 7-8 people in que but they don't increase staff to operate more counter.. pathetic
