I never post a review but had to'. First my doctor can't get ahold of this pharmacy so calls me to say that he had to leave a message since no one would pick up the phone. So I proceed to call, with no one answering. On trail 5 I talk to someone who sounds irritated that I'm on the phone. I explain the situation, to which they reply I need to check the messages hold for a moment. After 30min on hold I finally hang up. So then I try calling back to no answer. So I drive in person to pick it up. I get to the drive through window and the girl has an attitude and says she doesn't see anything for me and the pharmacist is busy and would have to check the messages later. That's multiple hours wasted, still don't have my meds, and all the while being treated with attitude. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Never a prescription on time. Even if your script is set up in their system they can't get it filled unless you call and harass them for it....then maybe the next day. Unfortunately they are close to my house.

Incompetent. People here either hate their jobs or just enjoy providing a poor customer experience

In my opinion this CVS pharmacy is like most other pharmacy's. Prices are a little high, on everything from bandages, aspirin, skin care products, and there food they carry a little high. They have staff, that really are not very attentive to what customers are needing, or looking for. And I don't like there policy of you have to buy two of something to get the sale price. Or buy two, and get third free. For a single person this does not pay off. And at times things are not even priced, on shelf. So you have to scan the item. And that machine is not easy to use, plus inconvenient. Only thing I can say most positive, is pharmacist does know how to give painless vaccines. Be it flu shots, shingles shots, or other vaccines.

I tried to set up to have my medications mailed to me with CVS Pharmacy. I was given information on how to set this up online. When I tried to do it, there was not an option on the website to set it to "mail my prescriptions." When I called CVS customer service I waited on hold for 38 minutes and then got hung up on. After that I called the local pharmacy directly and was told that it is easier to set up mail delivery of medications by using the mobile app. So, I downloaded it and again was not able to find a way to set up for mail delivery of my meds.I called the local pharmacy again. The nice person I spoke with apologized and said the easiest way to set up mail delivery would be to come in in person. I obviously didn't want to do this due to the current pandemic, but I thought, well if I do go just once then it will finally be set up and we will be good to go.Long story short, after going in person and two prescription cycles later, it still will not send us meds in the mail without me having to call the pharmacy each time and wait on hold for someone to fix whatever is not working in the system. Also, our address and phone has been wrong every time I have called.I probably should not have waited so long to switch pharmacies, but that's the story.Use at your own risk.
